We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our collaborative, humble, and talented team in Boulder, Colorado, to help us create memorable advertising that makes a real impact.

What you'll be doing

• You will translate project briefs into effective design solutions, handling a wide range of tasks including branding, packaging, digital projects, and experiential campaigns.
• You will collaborate closely with creative leads and account teams to refine your work, clearly articulating your design decisions and incorporating feedback to ensure the final output is the best it can be.
• You will maintain a high level of organization within our server structure and your own files, ensuring that you can meet tight deadlines while staying current with the latest industry software and media formats.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a creative agency setting and a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in logo creation, packaging, and digital design. You must be an expert in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma. If you have proficiency in After Effects, Blender, Houdini, or Cinema 4D, that is a significant bonus. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, capable of working with little supervision, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you must be receptive to feedback and adaptive to change. You must be fluent in English and able to work from our Boulder office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
