At Ophelia, we are dedicated to making evidence-based treatment for opioid use disorder accessible to everyone. We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team and help us reimagine how people perceive and discuss this critical health challenge while we work to restore quality of life for those who need it most.
Responsibilities
- Develop, iterate, and produce creative assets including illustrations and motion graphics for our websites, brand campaigns, social media, and events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with specific campaign goals and audience needs.
- Maintain and refine our brand identity standards to ensure they evolve alongside our business and new insights.
- Stay current with design trends, emerging technologies like AI, and industry best practices to boost the impact of our creative work.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing design systems across both digital and physical channels.
- A portfolio that showcases a deep understanding of visual identity and the ability to work effectively with darker, grittier aesthetics.
- Technical proficiency in Figma, After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Webflow.
- A solid grasp of advertising fundamentals and the ability to translate data, research, and marketing goals into compelling visual executions.
- A collaborative, low-ego mindset with the ability to accept and apply critical feedback.
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience working within high-growth direct-to-consumer or health-focused organizations.
