Senior Designer at Reformation

By operating our own sustainable factory in Los Angeles, utilizing eco-friendly fabrics, and championing retail innovation, we strive to set a new standard for the industry. We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Senior Designer to join our Main Range team and help us continue this revolution.

What you'll be doing

• You will take full ownership of our high-potential woven categories, specifically tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, and outerwear, by leading the entire design process from concept to final fit.
• You will analyze market trends and sales data to identify and develop silhouettes, fabrics, and trims that resonate with our customers while maintaining our high standards for quality.
• You will partner closely with our VP of Design to define the brand vision, present new ideas to the buying team, and proactively seek out opportunities to grow the business.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a deep background in designing tops, bottoms, jumpsuits, and outerwear. You possess a sharp eye for elevated design and a strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, and fabric drape. You are a fast, skilled sketcher who is comfortable working with both domestic and overseas factories. Because we are a data-driven team, you should be eager to analyze sales reports and react to what our customers love. Most importantly, you are a collaborative problem solver who shares our genuine passion for sustainability and communicates with confidence at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
