Senior Designer, Web at Output

What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join us on a full-time basis to own the visual and user experience of our website. You will be responsible for shaping our digital identity and ensuring that our online presence is as innovative as the music our users create. This position is remote, though we maintain offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco for those who prefer to collaborate in person. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and expanding our website through detailed information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and high-quality visual design.
• Crafting an intuitive web experience that effectively showcases our products and guides visitors through a seamless purchasing journey.
• Maintaining a relentless focus on detail to ensure we ship pixel-perfect user interfaces.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least six years of professional web design experience within fast-paced environments. We are looking for someone with a strong, opinionated design perspective who remains open to constructive feedback and thrives on collaboration with engineers and product teams. You must be an expert in responsive design and systems-level thinking, with the ability to build modular, reusable components. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Photoshop, and After Effects is essential. We value a curious mindset and a self-starter attitude, and you must be able to demonstrate your expertise through a compelling portfolio of high-quality, user-friendly work.

What we offer
