About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Designer, Web to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of the visual identity and user experience of our website. You will be responsible for crafting digital experiences that translate our mission into reality, ensuring that our online presence is as innovative as the music-making software we build. This is a remote position where you will collaborate with a diverse team of product managers, engineers, and marketers to push the boundaries of web design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand our website by creating effective information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and high-quality visual designs.
• Design an intuitive web experience that highlights our products and guides visitors through the entire journey, including the checkout process, to drive engagement and conversions.
• Maintain a high standard of quality by shipping pixel-perfect UI while mentoring other designers to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional web design experience within fast-paced environments.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to create engaging, user-friendly, and high-quality web experiences.
• Deep expertise in responsive design, systems-level thinking, and component-based design patterns.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, specifically Figma, ProtoPie, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and solve complex design problems.

Location

This position is remote and available to candidates located anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits
