About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Technology Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as a strategic leader for our design department, focusing heavily on the integration of artificial intelligence. You will be responsible for refining our creative workflows, maintaining high quality standards, and ensuring the seamless delivery of all design projects. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with the opportunity to work from our offices in Berlin or Leipzig.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative vision by leveraging AI-based methodologies and modern technology tools.
• Analyze and optimize creative processes to drive greater efficiency, consistency, and innovation across the team.
• Oversee end-to-end project management and ensure the highest quality for all design deliverables.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in design and technology, along with the following qualifications:

• A degree or professional training in Design, Communication Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience within the design industry.
• Proven expertise in using AI-powered creative tools and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Location

This position is based in Germany, with hybrid work options available from our offices in Berlin or Leipzig.
