What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for driving new demand while increasing the lifetime value of our existing customer base through strategic marketing initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Developing high-performing demand generation campaigns across email, PPC, and display channels to generate leads and enhance product adoption.
- Serving as the principal administrator for email marketing, which includes managing technical setups, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Mentoring and managing a direct report to ensure the successful execution of campaigns aimed at nurturing users and boosting conversion rates.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least four years of experience in a demand generation role, ideally within a SaaS environment, and at least one year of experience managing a direct report. We require a bachelor's degree in a field such as marketing, business, or analytics. You must demonstrate strong project management and copywriting capabilities, along with technical proficiency in email automation tools and data analytics platforms. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who works well autonomously, possesses high empathy for the customer experience, and maintains excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively across our cross-functional teams.
