The role
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team on a full-time basis. As the third member of our marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy. This is a remote position open to candidates across the United States. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel strategies to generate qualified leads, specifically targeting health plans, TPAs, and health systems. We are looking for a senior-level professional who thrives in a scrappy, startup environment and is comfortable working across multiple time zones.
Core responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns, including paid media, webinars, events, content marketing, and account-based marketing.
- Leverage HubSpot automation to manage lead nurturing, build target lists, and track prospect engagement throughout long sales cycles.
- Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to provide actionable insights, ensuring our programs are optimized for growth and aligned with our business goals.
Skills and experience
- At least 4 years of experience in demand generation, preferably with a background in selling healthcare services to enterprise-level accounts.
- 4 years of hands-on experience managing ad platforms and building targeted audiences.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, lead management workflows, and complex sales signals.
- Excellent quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into informed marketing decisions.
- Experience with or a strong interest in working within a distributed, remote-first team.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000. In addition to base pay, we provide significant stock grants that allow you to share in our company's success. Our benefits package includes:
