The role
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for a strategic thinker who is ready to take ownership of our lead acquisition and conversion funnels. You will play a critical role in shaping how we connect with customers and partners, ensuring our growth remains both aggressive and sustainable.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive high-quality leads and increase the overall sales pipeline.
- Lead A/B testing strategies across all marketing channels and collaborate with product teams to optimize website conversion rates.
- Manage marketing lifecycle communications, including email, SMS, and push notifications, to drive new revenue, increase repeat business, and improve customer engagement.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a data-driven marketer with a deep background in lead generation and automation. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Proven experience managing paid media budgets of 250,000 USD per month or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
- Hands-on experience with cross-channel communication tools such as Iterable or Braze, and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- A track record of partnering with sales teams to build effective lead nurture and conversion funnels.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for distinct audience segments.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and implement new, data-backed solutions.
