We are currently looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bengaluru, India. This is a hands-on role where you will act as a team of one to drive our regional growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, full-funnel marketing programs tailored to the India region to increase brand awareness, generate new business, and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Build and manage a regional field marketing strategy that includes hosting round-table events, webinars, lunch-and-learns, and managing conference sponsorships.
- Create and implement a regional content and digital marketing strategy, utilizing channels like email, social media, and our website while collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce white papers, blog posts, and landing pages.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience managing demand generation strategy and execution within a B2B organization that targets enterprise decision-makers in India.
- High proficiency in marketing technology tools, specifically HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and Qualified, with bonus points for experience using Mutiny and Gong.
- Strong capabilities in project management and stakeholder management, with a proven ability to synthesize data for various audiences.
- A growth mindset and a track record of partnering across departments to meet aggressive targets.
- Full professional proficiency in English is required for all application materials.
