About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager on a full-time basis. In this role you will design and run account-based and demand-generation programs that deliver qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute ABM strategies that focus on high-value accounts and directly influence pipeline and revenue.
- Plan, launch, and refine multi-channel campaigns across email, digital advertising, paid social, and live events to engage target buyers.
- Administer marketing-automation and CRM platforms to ensure accurate lead tracking, nurturing sequences, and reliable conversion reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least four years of hands-on experience in demand generation, ABM, and lead generation, ideally within the cybersecurity sector.
- Advanced skill with marketing-automation platforms such as HubSpot, CRM systems such as Salesforce, and a range of digital-marketing channels.
- Demonstrated success using intent data to guide campaign planning and audience prioritization.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data, spot trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage several concurrent projects.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Location
This position is fully remote, yet candidates must reside in or around the San Francisco, South Bay, or San Jose areas.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $155,000. In addition, we provide unlimited vacation, flexible working hours, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and both short-term and long-term disability coverage.
