We have spent over a decade building a foundation that processes data for millions of facilities, and we are now looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will work closely with our SVP of R&D to shape our technical vision and architect advanced AI solutions that drive the future of clean energy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define our AI strategy and guide the development of data-driven products.
- Lead the integration of generative AI models into our existing systems to enhance product capabilities and internal processes.
- Design and deploy machine learning algorithms focused on complex energy challenges, such as forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
Requirements
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Between 2 and 5 years of professional experience building ML and AI systems within the energy sector.
- Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and JavaScript, alongside a deep understanding of time series analysis and dynamical systems.
- Proven experience with applied machine learning techniques and the development of LLM-based product features.
- A solid foundation in mathematics, including linear algebra, probability, and calculus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage projects independently while contributing to a collaborative remote environment.
