With a global team of nearly 1,000 creators, we are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is open to candidates based in Colombia.

Key outcomes

• Collaborate across creative and strategy teams to translate complex data into actionable, business-focused solutions.
• Lead the full data science life cycle, including exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model selection, training, and deployment.
• Develop statistical algorithms and machine learning models while identifying new opportunities to integrate AI into our product offerings.
• Build automated workflows and work with APIs to create scalable, intelligent products.
• Synthesize insights from disparate datasets and communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive strategic optimizations by leveraging our proprietary suite of intelligent data products.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to technical execution while thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally within an agency or product design setting.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, including extensive use of Pandas and NumPy for large-scale data manipulation.
• Deep technical knowledge of machine learning frameworks, specifically TensorFlow, for predictive analytics.
• Strong experience with cloud environments, particularly GCP, and the ability to deploy scalable models using Vertex AI.
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping and experimentation using Jupyter Notebook and Google Colab.
• A solid understanding of MMM, forecasting, and NLP, alongside experience with modern GenAI frameworks like LangChain, DSPy, and MCP.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to diverse audiences.
• A commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in the AI and machine learning field.
• If you hold a degree in Engineering or a related profession, you must be prepared to present your professional license as required by local regulations.
