We are currently looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join Fospha, one of our most exciting portfolio companies. Fospha is a leading marketing measurement platform for eCommerce brands, helping some of the world's most recognizable names drive growth through deep data insights. As we expand our global footprint, we need someone who is curious, eager to experiment, and ready to help us shape the future of marketing measurement.

The opportunity

This role is a cornerstone of our technical team at Fospha. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining the robust data architecture that powers our platform. By building scalable pipelines and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity, you will enable our data scientists and analysts to deliver the insights our customers rely on. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the United Kingdom, where you will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine our data roadmap and influence our long-term technical strategy.

A day in the life

• You will design and manage complex data models and ELT processes, ensuring that our infrastructure remains efficient and scalable as we grow.
• You will collaborate with our engineering and product teams to translate business requirements into clean, reliable data solutions that support strategic decision-making.
• You will spend time conducting exploratory data analysis to identify new patterns and trends, while continuously improving our internal data operations and quality standards.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for building high-quality data systems. You communicate fluently in English and possess a strong technical background that includes the following:

• Expertise in PostgreSQL and SQL, along with proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS pipeline technologies and dbt.
• A deep understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and statistical methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and a collaborative mindset that thrives in an office-first setting.
