We focus on delivering human experiences at scale by utilizing the latest advancements in cloud, data, AI, and mobile technologies. We are currently looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer to join our global team and help us build the next generation of marketing technology solutions for our clients across the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Key outcomes
- Architect and maintain high-performance data lakes and warehouses while utilizing best practices for schema design and storage optimization.
- Develop and monitor robust ETL and ELT workflows using Apache Airflow to ensure reliable data processing.
- Create scalable web scraping solutions to extract and transform unstructured data from various APIs and websites into structured formats.
- Design cloud-native data solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to maximize performance and cost efficiency.
- Manage infrastructure through code by using Terraform to automate provisioning and deployment.
- Partner with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models through effective MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and manage containerized data applications using Kubernetes and Docker to ensure fault-tolerant systems.
- Maintain thorough documentation of platform architecture and collaborate cross-functionally to meet stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering or a related technical field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Deep expertise in data pipeline orchestration, specifically with Apache Airflow.
- Proven experience designing and implementing data lakes and warehouses, with preference given to those familiar with Azure.
- Solid understanding of distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
- Working knowledge of MLOps, including the training, deployment, and monitoring of models.
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD workflows.
- Professional proficiency in English at a C1 level.
- Previous experience working within an agency environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure management using Terraform.
- Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Background in the healthcare or medical industry, including familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA.
