As we continue to scale our platform to support thousands of customers, we are looking for a talented engineer to help us evolve our core infrastructure.

What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Data Engineer to join our Core Data team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will play a vital role in managing our data lifecycle, from live collection and aggregation to warehousing and governance. You will be responsible for high-impact initiatives that focus on optimizing our storage and access patterns, scaling our pipelines, and delivering on our product feature roadmap.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of end-to-end projects focused on building resilient, cost-efficient, and scalable data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to design data solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Drive the implementation of robust monitoring, automated testing, and quality control practices to ensure the integrity of our data products.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have at least seven years of experience in data engineering, specifically working with cloud technologies like AWS. We are looking for someone with expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL, along with deep experience in data modeling for distributed systems. You should be comfortable working with modern data warehouses such as Redshift and Snowflake, and have a solid understanding of NoSQL databases and data lakes. Because we value a collaborative environment, you should also have experience mentoring other engineers and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to various stakeholders. A background in CI/CD practices and orchestration tools like Airflow will be essential as you help us maintain our fast, iterative release schedule.
