What you bring

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy through deep analytical insights. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a mid-level professional who is comfortable working with large datasets to drive growth. You will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing complex marketing data to provide actionable recommendations that support our business goals.
• Building and maintaining scalable data models and intuitive dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
• Partnering with our marketing and engineering teams to optimize user acquisition, retention, and attribution modeling.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in data analytics, ideally with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. We are looking for someone with intermediate SQL skills and proficiency in BI tools such as Looker or Tableau. You should have hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform or BigQuery, along with a solid understanding of marketing data ecosystems. A degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Math, or Economics is required. Beyond your technical abilities, you should be a clear communicator who can translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
