We help mobile subscription businesses grow by providing the infrastructure that powers more than $4B in annual in-app purchases for thousands of apps, including VSCO, Notion, and ClassDojo. As a Senior Customer Success Manager you will act as a growth advisor who turns customer data into clear, actionable tactics that increase revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships from initial onboarding through long-term growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and share concrete recommendations.
- Develop educational materials such as workshops and written guides that help customers adopt new strategies.
- Track and report on key success metrics to measure impact on customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to surface customer needs and shape product direction.
- Coordinate across time zones in an asynchronous environment using Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Linear.
Must-haves
- Four or more years of experience in customer success, marketing, growth, support, sales, engineering, account management, or consulting.
- Experience working with mobile app businesses or a strong interest in becoming an expert in this space.
- Proven ability to analyze customer data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a remote, asynchronous setting.
- Experience in early-stage startup environments with limited formal processes.
- Fluency in English.

- Background in app growth strategies or subscription revenue optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Slack, Zoom, and Linear.
