We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for customer advocacy, utilizing stories, events, and content to foster engagement and growth.
- Design and manage automated email journeys across the entire customer lifecycle, from initial lead to loyal advocate.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to refine customer segmentation, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Create high-quality customer success stories, including case studies, testimonials, and video content, to highlight the value of our platform.
- Work alongside cross-functional partners in product marketing, content, and design to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Build and scale a customer reference program to spotlight high-value partners and their achievements.
- Partner with Customer Success and product teams to host webinars and events that promote product adoption and share industry best practices.
- Analyze engagement data and campaign performance to provide regular reporting on retention, product usage, and marketing impact.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Five to seven years of professional marketing experience.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools and customer segmentation strategies.
- Proven ability to write compelling narratives and a portfolio demonstrating successful customer content or case studies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders across different departments.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within a B2B SaaS environment.
