The role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position for a professional who is passionate about storytelling and building authentic relationships. You will play a vital role in our marketing strategy by highlighting the success of our clients and injecting real-world proof into our various initiatives.

Core responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients and internal teams to identify and develop customer advocates.
• Design and execute high-impact advocacy programs, including the creation of case studies, testimonials, and creative assets like video and digital events.
• Collaborate across departments, including Sales, Legal, and Customer Success, to integrate customer evidence into our broader marketing and demand generation strategies.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a specific focus on customer advocacy, product marketing, content marketing, or brand storytelling.
• A proven track record of managing executive-level client relationships and delivering measurable advocacy outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an aptitude for conveying complex ideas in a persuasive manner.
• An analytical mindset that allows you to evaluate program impact and inform future decision-making.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with the cybersecurity industry is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $175,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
