We’re Butternut Box, a B-Corp certified company that cooks fresh, natural meals for dogs and delivers them in perfect portions. Since our co-founders hand-delivered the first box, we’ve grown into a team that feeds thousands of dogs across the UK, and we’re just getting started.

What is this role?

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join us on a full-time basis. The position is suited to someone at the mid-level who already has hands-on experience running customer communications in e-commerce and is ready to take ownership of a key product category.

What will you do?

  • Build and own the roadmap for customer communications, blending seasonal promotions, always-on campaigns and product launches across email, SMS and push channels.
  • Design, launch and optimise campaigns that drive adoption of our Extras range, working closely with Product, Operations, Creative and Business Intelligence teams to keep every message on-brand and commercially focused.
  • Track performance in real time, run A/B tests, segment audiences and turn data into clear recommendations that improve engagement and revenue.

What makes you a great fit?

You’ll bring at least two years of direct e-commerce email marketing experience, ideally within a direct-to-consumer setting. You’re comfortable using automation platforms such as Iterable and BI tools such as Looker, and you know how to turn campaign data into actionable improvements. Strong project-management skills, a collaborative approach and a genuine love of storytelling round out the profile; we’re also looking for someone who’s naturally obsessed with dogs.

The role is based in the United Kingdom and requires fluency in English. Our hybrid model means three days each week at our White City office in London (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and two days working from home.
