Backed by prominent fintech and mobility venture funds, we are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us scale our impact and tell our story.
Key outcomes
- Develop and own our comprehensive content strategy, prioritizing a distribution-first mindset to ensure our message reaches the right audience effectively.
- Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert in trade and construction finance, creating insightful content that resonates with fleet managers and operations leaders.
- Scale our production efforts by sourcing and managing external resources, including talented freelancers and agencies.
- Oversee our SEO initiatives by serving as the primary point of contact for our SEO partners.
- Elevate our brand presence through strategic thought leadership, corporate communications, and public relations efforts.
- Experiment with diverse formats, including audio and video, while leveraging AI tools to enhance both productivity and content quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in content marketing, demand generation, or growth roles.
- A creative and business-minded approach, with a deep obsession for understanding customer needs and advancing business goals.
- Proven ability to manage external contributors, such as freelancers and agencies, to maintain a high-quality editorial calendar.
- Strong storytelling skills and a willingness to experiment with new channels and formats.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working within an early-stage startup environment.
- Background in marketing for vertical SaaS, field services, fleet management, or financial services products.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $160,000 annually. Our total compensation package is designed to reward your expertise and includes a signing bonus and an equity grant. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
