What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position where you will report directly to the VP of Design. You will work within a tight-knit group of experienced designers to help us transform complex financial concepts into clear, actionable, and human-centric product experiences.
What will you do?
- Drive content-led initiatives that align with our product roadmap and broader company strategy.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and legal teams to craft intuitive, clear, and concise content across our mobile and web platforms.
- Influence both large and small product decisions by leveraging your expertise to ensure our client experiences are best-in-class.
What makes you a great fit?
You are an experienced professional who understands how to use language to guide user behavior and build trust. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- At least 5 years of experience in content design, ideally within a consumer software environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to write for various product touchpoints, including microcopy, notifications, emails, and style guides.
- A deep interest in financial technology and the ability to untangle complex jargon for the everyday user.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to advocate for the user while balancing business goals.
- Fluency in English and a keen eye for detail in both design and writing.
