The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our product strategy, working alongside product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers. You will not just be writing text, but shaping the very way our users interact with the Miro platform. This is a chance to elevate our content design discipline, champion best practices, and ensure that our voice remains consistent and engaging as we continue to evolve our product landscape.

A day in the life

• You will partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision, ensuring that every feature we launch is intuitive, clear, and easy for our users to navigate.
• You will plan and develop content that reduces cognitive load, directly applying our voice and tone guidelines to create a seamless experience across the infinite canvas.
• You will collaborate on user research and design reviews, using data and feedback to iterate on your work and advocate for the strategic value of content design.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in content design or UX writing. You have a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems through clear, user-focused content. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and possess a deep understanding of information architecture and user-centered design methodologies. You communicate effectively in English, and you have a proven track record of aligning content strategies with both user needs and business objectives.
