The opportunity
As our Senior Content Creator, you will take the lead in crafting high-quality narratives that resonate across our social media channels. You will be the heartbeat of our digital presence, ensuring that every video, photo, and post aligns perfectly with our marketing goals. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will work hand-in-hand with our design and marketing departments to turn abstract ideas into engaging visual experiences that capture attention and drive real results.
A day in the life
- You will manage our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, keeping a close watch on emerging trends to ensure our content always feels fresh and relevant.
- You will take charge of the end-to-end production process, from researching market insights and writing creative briefs to capturing mobile video and photography that brings our campaigns to life.
- You will analyze the performance of your work, using data to refine our strategy and ensure that every piece of content we publish makes a meaningful impact.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in content creation, specifically within an agency environment. You have a deep understanding of what makes a video go viral on TikTok or Reels, and you possess the creative direction skills to guide a project from concept to completion. You are comfortable working in English, and you bring a proactive, collaborative spirit to everything you do. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but your ability to blend technical photography skills with a strong grasp of design principles is what truly sets you apart.
