We are looking for a Senior Communications Marketing Manager to join our team and help us advance our mission of restoring the human connection in healthcare. At Augmedix, we provide ambient medical documentation solutions that use advanced speech recognition and large language models to turn natural patient-clinician conversations into structured data, effectively reducing administrative burnout for providers across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute marketing communication strategies that boost brand awareness and strengthen our market position.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing content, from initial creation and approval to final distribution, while maintaining high quality standards.
- Lead our public relations efforts and manage our external PR agency to improve our visibility and reputation.
- Collaborate closely with our Executive, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure our messaging supports broader business objectives.
- Conduct regular market research to ensure our positioning remains competitive and data-driven.
- Track the effectiveness of our communication initiatives and implement improvements to drive better results.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in public relations or marketing communications.
- A strong background in strategic planning within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives across various channels.
- The ability to work effectively across departments and communicate complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities as a self-starter.
- Fluency in English.
