We are looking for a Senior Communications Manager to lead our brand narrative and cross-channel communication strategy. At SheerID, we empower brands to verify identity, and you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our product and core initiatives are communicated with consistency and impact across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that integrates social media, public relations, and web presence.
Manage our PR agency relationships, media inquiries, and outreach efforts to secure meaningful coverage.
Oversee social media calendars and guidelines to foster community engagement and build brand trust.
Collaborate with our content team to produce high-quality, on-brand materials that amplify our core messaging.
Analyze performance data to optimize channel-specific content and provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
Lead initiatives related to thought leadership, influencer programs, and crisis management.

Must-haves

At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in developing strategic communication plans within PR and digital marketing.
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a proven ability to work alongside design and content teams.
Deep understanding of how to align communication KPIs with broader business objectives.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and YouTube Analytics.
A strategic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
