What you'll be doing

• You will lead the design, analysis, and verification of complex concrete structural elements to ensure stability, strength, and structural integrity.
• You will work in tandem with our BIM engineers to translate structural logic into precise 3D models that are ready for construction.
• You will mentor junior staff members and contribute your technical expertise to our internal knowledge platform to foster a culture of continuous learning.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in structural engineering and a desire to solve challenging problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• At least 8 years of professional experience working on large-scale infrastructure or structural projects.
• An analytical and methodical approach to your work, paired with a proactive mindset.
• Proficiency in structural design software and modeling tools.
• Fluency in English, which is essential for our international collaboration.
• A willingness to travel to Belgium occasionally to support project needs.
