What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a senior-level position based in St. Petersburg, Florida, operating on a hybrid schedule where you will be in the office three days per week. You will play a vital role in driving our quantitative marketing results and demand generation efforts across North America.
What will you do?
- Design and implement a comprehensive North American enterprise marketing strategy that hits specific quantitative targets and supports our broader business objectives.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, which include email outreach, content creation, webinars, industry events, and digital advertising.
- Partner closely with our sales team to build targeted account-based and customer-focused programs that effectively grow our pipeline and revenue.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should bring a strong background in B2B enterprise SaaS marketing. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, specifically within sectors like work tech, security, compliance, or visitor management.
- A proven ability to manage large-scale projects from conception to completion as a self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with A/B testing, experiment design, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency with essential marketing and sales platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including BDRs, AEs, and customer success managers.
- Fluency in English.
