Welcome to Illumination. Since our founding by Chris Meledandri in 2007, we have become a premier force in event-animated filmmaking. Our studio is the creative home behind massive global hits like the Despicable Me franchise, The Secret Life of Pets, and The Super Mario Bros. Movie. With over $9 billion in worldwide box office success, our films are known for their distinct characters and cultural impact. We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team in the United States and help us continue bringing our stories to global audiences.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for a detail-oriented leader who can navigate the modern marketing landscape with ease. You will be responsible for guiding our theatrical marketing projects, ensuring that our creative vision is executed flawlessly across multiple platforms and international markets.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of go-to-market strategies by managing schedules, roadmaps, and projects from their initial concept through to final completion.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, such as Universal Pictures and Nintendo, to support the release of our films across theatrical, PVOD, and home entertainment channels.
- Act as a brand guardian to ensure that all creative materials remain consistent and strategically aligned across both domestic and international markets.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing and project management. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to the table:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven success in managing complex campaigns, brand strategy, and creative asset production.
- Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to work diplomatically and effectively with stakeholders at every level.
- A proactive, highly organized approach to problem-solving, especially when managing multiple high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 per year, with the final offer determined by your specific experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
- A 401(k) retirement plan.
- Generous paid time off.
- Tuition reimbursement programs.
