Role Overview:
The Senior Campaign Executive is a pivotal role within the marketing team, focusing on Business Applications (Customer Experience and Business Central). This role involves close collaboration with the CMO, Head of Marketing, and the wider marketing team to develop and execute campaign strategies that align with the company's objectives in these key areas.

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and D365).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical, innovative, and organised with a high-energy team player attitude.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices and creative marketing opportunities.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing marketing plans that drive lead generation.


  • As a Senior Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on Business Applications
  • Coordinate with the Head of Marketing to ensure campaigns align with the overall marketing plan and business objectives.
  • Utilise email, organic, and paid channels to drive campaign success.
  • Create compelling content and sales enablement materials that highlight the benefits and features of Business Applications solutions.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop targeted messaging and campaigns.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Executive and Content Manager to develop content and social plans that align to Business Applications GTM.
  • Plan and manage events and webinars to support marketing campaigns and engage with target audiences.
  • Ensure events and webinars effectively communicate the value propositions of Business Application solutions delivered by Infinity Group.
  • Monitor and report on marketing activities and results, providing insights to shape future campaigns.
  • Use data to identify trends, optimise campaigns, and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Ensure the Infinity Group brand is consistently represented in all marketing activities related to Business Applications.
  • Develop and maintain buyer personas and targeted messaging for these areas.
  • Work with the CMO and Head of Marketing to implement processes, tools, and metrics that enhance the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage existing marketing tools and technology to support campaign execution and reporting.
  • Support the management of the CRM platform, ensuring leads are properly categorised and GDPR practices are adhered to.
  • Maintain efficient lead flow and optimise campaigns based on lead generation performance.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, facilitating a seamless lead handover process.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing the campaign level marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise campaign effectiveness.
  • PPC and Paid Media Coordination: Coordinate PPC and broader paid media strategies to ensure effective utilisation of advertising budgets and maximise ROI.
  • SDR Liaison: Liaise with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) function to support campaign execution activities and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.
