We are The Pokémon Company International, the company that brings the Pokémon brand to fans outside Asia through brand management, licensing, marketing, the Trading Card Game, animated series, and more. We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our European Marketing team on a full-time hybrid basis. In this role you will turn data into clear recommendations that shape marketing strategy and investment decisions across the region.
Responsibilities
- Own the full analytics cycle for European marketing campaigns, from designing studies and building datasets to interpreting results and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Identify patterns and opportunities across marketing teams and product lines, then translate those insights into concrete improvements and data-driven investment choices.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the US and Europe to create consistent reporting standards, dashboards, and automated data processes that support campaign launches and ongoing performance tracking.
Requirements
- Eight to eleven years of relevant professional experience, including at least four years delivering analytics within a marketing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert-level SQL skills and hands-on experience building visualizations in Looker, Tableau, or comparable tools.
- Strong statistics background with the ability to explain analytical methods clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work across multiple marketing teams and domains while driving accountability and collaboration.
- Additional experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Python, JavaScript, or A/B testing methodologies is considered an advantage.
What we offer
New hires in this role generally start between £75,000 and £88,350 per year, with the full salary range extending to £111,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
