We are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Senior Business Development Representative to help expand our footprint across North America.

The opportunity

In this role, you will act as a key driver of our growth by building a robust outbound pipeline. You will own the process of identifying and engaging decision-makers at banks and fintech organizations, helping them understand how our technology can transform their compliance operations. This is a high-ownership position where you will work with significant autonomy, collaborate directly with our leadership team, and represent our brand at industry events across the continent.

A day in the life

  • You will execute high-quality outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, and strategic outreach to secure qualified meetings for our sales team.
  • You will conduct deep research on target accounts to craft tailored messaging that clearly articulates the value of our compliance solutions.
  • You will maintain accurate records in our CRM and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition for every prospect you engage.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least four years of experience in B2B SaaS business development. You possess a deep understanding of the fintech, banking, or compliance sectors and are comfortable navigating complex financial infrastructure. You are a confident communicator who thrives on high-volume prospecting and is not discouraged by rejection. Because this role requires travel, you must be based in Texas and ready to represent us at conferences and client meetings. You are highly organized, disciplined in your approach to pipeline management, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
