If you possess deep expertise in the North American energy market and have a passion for building relationships that translate into significant revenue, we want to meet you. At E&C Consultants, we are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our global sales team. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will operate with autonomy to shape our growth strategy and secure complex B2B deals with large energy consumers.
What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of our North American business development efforts by executing both inbound and outbound growth strategies across the regional energy sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline creation to complex negotiations and final deal execution.
- Act as a market expert by analyzing industry trends, identifying priority accounts, and representing our brand at conferences and seminars to expand our footprint.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in the energy industry, specifically with a strong understanding of North American markets, risk management, or utility services.
- A solid background in senior B2B sales, ideally with 5 to 10 years of experience in driving growth and hitting targets.
- The ability to communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders and a strategic mindset that allows you to work independently.
- Fluency in English and a willingness to travel across North America to meet with clients and attend industry events.
