We are looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Senior Brand Manager to help us continue our rapid growth and bring our leisure-enhancing products to even more people.
Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position for a seasoned professional with over six years of experience. You will report directly to our VP of Brand and serve as a central hub for our marketing, product, and creative teams. While this role is fully remote, we are specifically looking for someone based on the west coast to help us maintain our momentum and ensure our brand voice remains consistent across every single touchpoint.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact brand campaigns, partnerships, and events while ensuring every piece of creative aligns perfectly with our unique brand voice.
- Drive our product marketing strategy by managing launch timelines, writing compelling copy for retail and digital assets, and keeping cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
- Contribute to new product development by conducting market research, assisting with product positioning, and managing the marketing tasks necessary to bring new innovations to life.
What you'll need
- At least 6 years of experience in brand marketing or advertising account management, preferably within the beauty or personal care space.
- A sharp eye for copywriting, with the ability to capture a distinct brand tone across headlines, product descriptions, and social content.
- Proven expertise in project management and cross-functional leadership, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in using Asana.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A proactive, humble, and detail-oriented mindset, along with a genuine excitement for building a brand that is becoming a household name.
- Fluency in English.
