What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position based in Germany. You will play a pivotal role in our New Games Division, working in a hybrid capacity to help us bridge the gap between creative game development and strategic market positioning.

What will you do?

• Lead brand development strategies for new games, taking them from the initial concept stage all the way through to market launch.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to define development processes, ensuring every new game has strong marketability and a clear path to success.
• Conduct thorough market and audience research to provide actionable insights that guide game development, MVP testing, and audience-relevant initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in brand development and product marketing, ideally within the gaming industry. We value candidates who can build effective systems and frameworks to streamline our development pipeline. You should be comfortable with market dynamics and competitor analysis, and you should know how to translate complex data into clear business opportunities. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills who can mentor others and drive projects forward with confidence. English proficiency is required for this role.
