At Face Reality Skincare, our mission is to provide clear skin and confidence to the more than 50 million people who face the physical and emotional challenges of acne. We achieve this by combining expert guidance from trained estheticians with premium, safe formulas. We are currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager, Innovation and GTM to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will help us continue our journey of growth by spearheading the development of new product lines and executing market strategies that resonate with our community.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full product innovation pipeline, from initial concept and feasibility testing to final commercialization, while ensuring all projects meet our financial targets and margin goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotional playbooks that drive brand engagement across all channels.
- Conduct deep market research and performance analysis to identify white space opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and optimize our marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in CPG product development or product marketing.
- A demonstrated history of successfully taking products from the initial concept phase through to a profitable market launch.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business or science, with an MBA considered an asset.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex project timelines simultaneously.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high level of attention to detail.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
