About the Role
We are looking for a Senior B2B Marketing Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will lead strategic initiatives to expand our market presence and generate high-quality leads. You will be responsible for executing integrated campaigns, managing demand generation programs, and driving partnerships that fuel our pipeline growth while positioning our brand as a leader in the digital health space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, including the optimization of lead scoring and nurturing workflows within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to create compelling content, such as white papers and case studies, while elevating our executives as trusted industry voices through strategic event placements.
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including webinars, conferences, and roundtables, to drive engagement and measurable return on investment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically within the digital health or employer marketing sectors.
- A proven history of success in demand generation, lead nurturing, and pipeline development.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in organizing and managing both virtual and in-person events.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams.
