Welcome to ABC Labs. We are the team behind Reserve, a project dedicated to leading the revolution of asset-backed currencies. Our mission is to empower anyone to launch, mint, and redeem onchain crypto indexes known as Decentralized Token Folios. While only a tiny fraction of the crypto market currently utilizes indexes, we believe that number will grow exponentially, and we are at the forefront of that movement. What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Associate Designer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level position that requires a strong background in visual storytelling and digital design. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating closely with our product and marketing teams to shape our brand identity and bring our vision to life. What will you do?

• Create engaging visual content: You will design high-quality graphics, motion animations, and short-form videos tailored for our social media channels, paid advertising, and community platforms.
• Support brand and product storytelling: You will partner with our senior designers and marketing team to develop assets for campaigns, presentations, website updates, and in-app experiences.
• Drive cross-channel design: You will translate our core concepts into effective, platform-specific assets for channels like TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring our aesthetic remains consistent and impactful.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 2 to 4 years of experience, ideally gained within a fintech startup, a SaaS company, or a digital agency. You should be fluent in English and possess a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in motion graphics, brand design, and social media content. We rely heavily on Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Figma and video editing software like Premiere Pro or CapCut. Beyond your technical skills, you should be a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with others to solve complex design challenges in the crypto and fintech space.

We offer a total compensation range of $90,000 to $125,000, which includes a base salary and an RSR token grant. In addition to financial compensation, you will benefit from:
