What you bring

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. This role is for someone who thrives on building production-grade systems rather than just experimenting with prompts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our AI services, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and practical. Your daily work will involve using Python, SQL, AWS, Docker, and MLOps practices to advance our platform.

• Design and maintain robust LLM-based systems, including RAG pipelines and agent-style workflows.
• Establish engineering standards for AI production, focusing on performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor system health and output quality to ensure our AI assistants and chatbots provide predictable, high-quality results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and proven experience deploying LLM-based systems into production environments. You must be comfortable working with English as your primary working language. We value candidates who understand the nuances of building conversational AI, tool-calling patterns, and context-serving systems. You should be proficient with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS, and possess a solid grasp of testing, debugging, and observability.
