We are looking for a Senior Affiliates Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As the leading gift experience provider in the United Kingdom, Buyagift and Red Letter Days are dedicated to delivering happiness through our industry-leading products. Since joining the Moonpig Group in 2022, we have continued to focus on our mission of helping everyone in the UK create unique, lasting memories. We believe our success is driven by our people, and we are searching for an experienced professional to lead our affiliate marketing efforts in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive significant revenue and channel growth for both the Buyagift and Red Letter Days brands.
- Lead, mentor, and develop our affiliate team while fostering a culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize affiliate programs by negotiating deals, overseeing budgets, and building strong, lasting relationships with key partners and agencies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in affiliate marketing, whether gained in-house, at an agency, or with a publisher.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing teams.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage complex partner relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to new technologies.
