Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth by managing and optimizing our affiliate partnerships within the fintech space.
Your impact
- Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies alongside our affiliate and aggregation partners to drive meaningful growth.
- Take ownership of our partner tracking platform, Impact Radius, to ensure data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partners while serving as their primary point of contact for support and new opportunities.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership roles, specifically within the fintech industry.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex information into actionable growth strategies.
- Proficiency in affiliate and aggregator marketing, with preference given to those familiar with Impact Radius.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative spirit to work effectively across our product, data science, and analytics teams.
- A high degree of integrity, urgency, and a commitment to delivering excellence in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
