We currently support over 100,000 entrepreneurs across five continents, and we are looking for a high-energy Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers, content creators, and various partners to our growing affiliate program, while managing day-to-day communications to foster long-term relationships.
- Contract and Performance Management: Lead contract negotiations to ensure clear deliverables and cost efficiency, while analyzing campaign data to provide strategic recommendations for growth.
- Operational Oversight: Develop and refine processes for content creator deliverables, manage payment reconciliations in coordination with our finance team, and maintain detailed performance reports.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience specifically in affiliate or influencer marketing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience focused on lead generation and cold outreach strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to make decisions based on critical insights and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, paired with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and the organizational capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce sector and familiarity with marketing tracking tools are considered significant advantages.
