We're looking for a strategic Senior ABM Campaign Manager to lead targeted, high-impact marketing programs that connect our enterprise and mid-market prospects with the world's largest library of curated e-learning content.
Responsibilities
- Design and run full-cycle ABM campaigns for priority accounts, aligning every stage with sales targets and revenue goals.
- Segment key accounts, map buying journeys, and build multi-channel programs that reach decision-makers across email, digital ads, social, events, and direct outreach.
- Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to keep messaging consistent and campaigns tightly coordinated.
- Lead cross-functional execution from concept through creative, product marketing, sales enablement, and digital delivery.
- Track performance in marketing automation and CRM platforms, analyze account engagement and pipeline metrics, and refine tactics for stronger ROI.
- Collaborate with content teams to craft personalized assets, landing pages, and proposals that speak directly to each account's challenges.
- Stay current on ABM technologies and introduce new tools or approaches that keep our programs at the leading edge.
Must-haves
- Five or more years of B2B marketing experience, including at least three years focused on account-based or enterprise marketing.
- Demonstrated success running ABM campaigns that have generated measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6Sense, Qualified, or Mutiny, plus strong CRM and marketing-automation skills.
- Proven ability to align marketing programs tightly with sales strategies and account plans.
- Clear project-management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.
- Strong analytical mindset for interpreting performance data and making data-led decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing leaders across the business.
- Fluency in English.

- Experience mentoring or leading junior marketers.
- Background running local ABM events such as lunch-and-learns or webinars.

This role offers a base salary between $135,000 and $145,000. Your actual pay will reflect your skills, qualifications, and experience.
