We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Manager to drive our Paid Search channel operations using data insights and advanced campaign management techniques. You will manage a complex account setup spanning multiple brands across 9 markets, directly contributing to our ambitious growth targets. Collaborate with industry experts in Data, Analytics, CRO, MarTech, Sales, and Finance to achieve exceptional results. Are you up to the challenge?

Your Role in Our Journey
- Manage all Paid Search Marketing activities for your market(s), including planning, budgeting, executing, optimizing, and reporting on Google and MSA campaigns.
- Be accountable for reaching our ambitious Paid Search customer acquisition and CAC targets.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve conversion performance.
- Identify opportunities for keyword expansion and scaling qualified traffic to generate leads within a certain CPL guardrail.
- Utilize all smart bidding tools of Google Ads.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including Data, Product/Tech, CRO, Creative Studio, and project managers to enhance customer acquisition growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
- Lead rapid experimentation of new campaigns, bidding strategies, ad copies, landing pages, and incentives.
- Conduct post-test analysis, document results, and communicate learnings to all stakeholders.
Your impact
- Proven experience of 3+ years in managing and growing Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, or other marketing channels/tools is a plus.
- Ambitious, eager to learn, aiming for excellence, and willing to go the extra mile for the best team results.
- Excellent communicator, analytical, and problem-solver with a knack for out-of-the-box solutions.
- Possess a hustler mentality: ready to get hands dirty and deliver results.
- Comfortable working towards challenging targets and deadlines.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic experience in SQL/R/Python/HTML is beneficial.
