SEM Manager at GoStudent

What is this role?

We are looking for a Mid-Level SEM Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Berlin, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing complex account setups across nine different markets, working closely with various internal departments to drive our ambitious growth targets.

What will you do?

• Take full ownership of Paid Search activities, including the planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of campaigns across Google and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign data to refine our strategies, improve conversion performance, and identify new opportunities for keyword expansion and lead generation.
• Lead rapid experimentation by testing new bidding strategies, ad copies, landing pages, and incentives, while documenting and sharing your findings with key stakeholders.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets. We value a hustler mentality and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working toward challenging deadlines and possess strong analytical skills. While fluency in English is required, any additional language skills are considered a plus. Furthermore, having a basic understanding of SQL, Python, or HTML will be highly beneficial as you collaborate with our data and technical teams.
