What you'll be doing
- You will oversee all Paid Search activities for your assigned markets, which includes planning, budgeting, and executing high-impact campaigns on Google.
- You will analyze campaign data to refine our strategies, improve conversion rates, and identify new opportunities for keyword expansion and lead generation.
- You will collaborate across departments with teams like Data, Product, and Creative Studio to run rapid experiments on bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing pages.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience managing significant budgets within Google Ads. We are looking for someone who is analytical, communicates clearly, and possesses a hustler mentality when it comes to solving problems. While you will be working primarily in English, having a background in SEO or familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, or HTML is considered a strong advantage.
