Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, CPI Security has grown from a small startup into one of the nation’s top 10 security providers since our founding in 1991. We are recognized as a premier place to work and are looking for a dedicated SEM Strategist to join our team on-site to lead our digital paid media efforts and drive customer growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our presence in the paid search landscape, using data to optimize bids, ad copy, and landing page performance.
- Manage all digital paid channels, including search, display, video, programmatic, and affiliate advertising.
- Develop and implement consumer segmentation strategies to improve the efficiency of our sales funnel.
- Identify innovative cross-channel solutions to maximize profitability and overall marketing impact.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and report on business outcomes, ROI, and lead generation for our sales team.
- Ensure all digital channels are tracked and reported with high accuracy.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in paid digital media.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities.
- A self-motivated, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Knowledge of landing page design and basic HTML.
