Our mission is to redefine the standards of marketing content by crafting result-oriented strategies that boost SEO, drive social engagement, and generate leads for our clients. We are constantly expanding our expertise across diverse media formats like video, infographics, and web design. We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is open to candidates based in Brazil.
What you'll be doing
- You will design, build, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce and HubSpot to streamline our business operations and improve overall productivity.
- You will work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical designs, while also managing integrations with third-party systems like ERP and marketing automation platforms.
- You will maintain and optimize our CRM environment by developing custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages, while providing ongoing support to our end-users.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for marketing automation. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with a history of successful implementations.
- Deep proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including its marketing automation and integration features.
- A solid understanding of data and security models within both Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Experience connecting systems via REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
- A B2 level of proficiency in English or higher.
- Relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Administrator, are considered a plus.
