Brafton is a global leader in content marketing, operating out of offices in Boston, London, and Sydney. We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of marketing content by crafting result-oriented strategies that boost SEO, engagement, and lead generation for our clients through diverse media formats like video, design, and editorial work. We are currently looking for a mid-level Salesforce and HubSpot Developer to join us as a full-time remote contractor, and we welcome applications from candidates based in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and launch custom solutions within Salesforce and HubSpot to improve our operational productivity.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical designs and specifications.
- Manage platform configurations, including custom objects, flows, workflows, and third-party system integrations.
- Write custom Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components to extend platform functionality.
- Connect our CRM and marketing tools with external systems like ERPs and support platforms using middleware, webhooks, and APIs.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize existing system configurations to ensure peak performance.
- Keep our team updated on the latest platform releases and suggest improvements based on industry best practices.
- Offer technical support and training to help our end-users get the most out of our tools.
Must-haves
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer with a history of successful implementations.
- Strong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience customizing and automating workflows within the HubSpot CRM and marketing platform.
- Deep knowledge of data models, security structures, and sharing settings for both Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Proven ability to manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Advanced intermediate proficiency in English, at least at a B2 level.

- Relevant professional certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder.
