We are Neurons Lab, and we are looking for a senior Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into new markets with a dedicated focus on the Financial Services Industry. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence as a premier AI partner by securing lighthouse accounts within banking, insurance, and asset management sectors, all while leveraging our strategic partnership with AWS.
Responsibilities
- Drive new revenue by generating at least 12 qualified opportunities each quarter and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Execute multi-channel outreach strategies targeting C-suite and VP-level executives to build strong, multi-threaded relationships.
- Apply the MEDDIC methodology to ensure high-quality pipeline management and maintain a win rate exceeding 25 percent.
- Collaborate closely with our AI engineering, marketing, and account delivery teams to create tailored solutions and ensure smooth project transitions.
- Cultivate and maintain active partnerships with AWS to generate 30 percent of your pipeline through joint go-to-market activities.
- Manage the entire deal process, including scoping workshops, proposal development, pricing negotiations, and contract execution.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly revenue forecasts.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in complex enterprise sales specifically within the European financial services sector.
- Proven background working within the AI and machine learning domain.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- A systematic, result-driven, and client-centric approach to business development.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Nice-to-haves
- Proficiency in Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian.
